We are seeking an experienced Site Manager for our client’s project in the Reading area.

Job Title: Site Manager

Location: Reading RG7

Pay Rate: £300 per day

Hours: 7:30–17:00, Monday–Friday

Duration: Ongoing

Start Date: Monday, 21/09/2026

Requirements:

  • Valid CSCS card
  • SMSTS qualification
  • Relevant construction site management experience
  • Additional relevant tickets and qualifications
  • Strong communication and people management skills

Duties include:

  • Carrying out general Site Manager duties
  • Managing and coordinating people on site
  • Ensuring site activities are carried out safely and efficiently
