Core Group is Hiring

We are currently seeking 2 experienced Groundworkers for our client’s ongoing residential project in the Epsom (KT18) area.

Job Title: Groundworker (2 Positions)
Location: Epsom, KT18
Pay Rate: £22 per hour
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Days: Monday – Friday
Duration: Ongoing
Start Date: Wednesday, 08/07/2026

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card
• Full PPE
• Previous Groundworks experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable with a strong work ethic

Duties include:

• Installing kerbs and edging
• Carrying out shallow drainage works
• General groundworks on a residential housing project
