Core Group Announces New Hires

Core Group is today delighted to announce two exciting new hires to the team as the business continues to drive forward as the UK recovers from the COVID pandemic.

The two new hires – Lisa Aitchison and Ciara Lehane – will complement the existing team and help Core Group continue its ambitious plans to expand through the rest of 2020 and beyond.

Lisa Aitchison joins as a Principal Consultant. Speaking to coregroup.org.uk, Lisa said: “I have been a professional recruiter for 18+ years. Working as a recruiter within the commercial sector. I support businesses’ from one man bands, SME’s to large, corporate organisations. I recruit both office support and office professional candidates into multiple roles within all industries covering a wide geographical space. I have learnt a lot within my career and I never stop learning. I am passionate, driven, competitive and resilient who is driven by success. A perfectionist in all I do who will always go above and beyond to all clients and candidates.”

Ciara Lehane joins as a Recruitment Resourcer. Speaking to coregroup.org.uk, Ciara said: “With over 10 years’ experience in business support and financial services, I am a natural people person who is a team player. I was looking for a role that could offer me an opportunity to develop my skills, abilities and experience. So here I am in my new role as Recruitment Resourcer at Core Group. I function best in fast-paced environments, I need to be moving constantly and I welcome challenges with the opportunity to learn and develop, so I know this is going to be a great fit for me.”

Phil Ridgwell, CEO at Core Group, is naturally excited by the hires. “This is a really exciting time for the business. We had to ride the wave a little in the immediate aftermath of the COVID pandemic, but we’re now seeing green shoots and the business is going from strength to strength. We’re building a strong team here – and I’m excited to see how Lisa and Ciara contribute to the team.”
